Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in EA or digital transformation.
• Proven leadership on architecture programs or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong Knowledge Management, Content Management, or Information Management experience.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs involving multiple technologies and stakeholders.
• Executive stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state Knowledge Management architecture and platform strategy.
• Define future-state enterprise knowledge architecture and operating model.
• Lead architectural decisions across SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, LeanIX, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Establish semantic architecture, metadata strategy, taxonomy models, and governance frames.
• Define platform consolidation and modernization strategies.
• Lead technical and business assessments of current knowledge platforms.
• Create migration strategies, implementation roadmaps, and governance models.
• Drive executive workshops and strategic decision-making forums.
• Manage platform, architecture, and transformation risks.
• Provide leadership to consulting and architecture teams across geographies.
• Act as the primary client-facing architecture lead throughout the transformation life cycle.

Role Overview

This role will provide leadership across architecture, platform modernization, governance, migration strategy, and AI-readiness initiatives while engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Executive stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions from strategy through implementation.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge Management Transformation programs.
• SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, LeanIX.
• AI-readiness and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and semantic architecture.
• Experience working with global delivery teams.
