Job summary

The University of Cambridge seeks a proactive Senior Knowledge Exchange Manager to lead KTE activities for the £25M UK Hub, coordinating industrial, NHS, regulatory, dissemination and IP-related work within Cambridge Stem Cell Institute.

Reporting to the Hub Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee strategic planning, governance, and engagement with researchers, funders, and external partners to drive knowledge transfer and commercial collaborations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in knowledge exchange or business engagement.
• Understanding of research governance and regulatory issues.
• Experience managing commercial collaborations and IP considerations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic support and planning of KTE activities for the UK Hub.
• Operational management and delivery of KTE objectives.
• Liaise with academia, NHS partners, regulators, industry and Cambridge Enterprise for IP/licensing and partnership development.
