Job summary

Dajon Interiors is seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Installer / High-End Kitchen Fitter to join our team, covering Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire. This full-time, permanent role focuses on premium installations in high-value homes, with pride in workmanship and meticulous finishes.

You will lead the installation of premium kitchens, work closely with designers and clients, and ensure installations meet exacting standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional kitchen installation experience.
• Significant experience delivering kitchens to a high standard.
• Excellent carpentry, scribing and finishing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately interpret kitchen plans and technical drawings.
• Confidence working independently and resolving issues on site.
• Professional and respectful manner when working within clients' homes.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Installing premium kitchens from detailed plans and technical drawings.
• Setting out and installing cabinetry, panels, fillers, plinths and finishing details.
• High-quality carpentry, scribing and finishing work.
• Installing integrated appliances, sinks and taps where appropriate.
• Working confidently with complex layouts and bespoke installation details.
• Identifying and resolving practical installation challenges on site.
• Coordinating with worktop installers and other specialist trades.
• Protecting clients’ properties and maintaining a clean, professional working environment.
• Completing snagging and detailed quality checks prior to handover.
• Communicating professionally with clients, designers, contractors and the wider project team.

At Dajon Interiors, we specialise in the design, supply and installation of premium kitchens and interiors for exceptional residential properties.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Kitchen Installer / High-End Kitchen Fitter to join our team, working across Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire.

This isn’t a high-volume fitting role.

We work at the premium end of the market, where precision, finish and attention to detail matter at every stage. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their workmanship and understands the level of care and professionalism required when working in high-value homes.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the installation of our premium kitchen projects, working closely with our designers, project team, clients and associated trades to ensure every installation is completed to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Installing premium kitchens from detailed plans and technical drawings
• Setting out and installing cabinetry, panels, fillers, plinths and finishing details
• High-quality scribing, carpentry and finishing work
• Installing integrated appliances, sinks, taps and associated components where appropriate
• Working confidently with complex layouts and bespoke installation details
• Identifying and resolving practical installation challenges on site
• Coordinating with worktop installers and other specialist trades
• Protecting clients’ properties and maintaining a clean, professional working environment
• Completing snagging and detailed quality checks prior to handover
• Communicating professionally with clients, designers, contractors and the wider project team

You’ll be expected to take genuine ownership of each installation and ensure the finished result reflects the quality of the kitchen we’ve designed and supplied.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5–10+ years' professional kitchen installation experience
• Significant experience delivering kitchens to a high standard
• Excellent carpentry, scribing and finishing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to accurately interpret kitchen plans and technical drawings
• Confidence working independently and resolving issues on site
• A professional and respectful manner when working within clients' homes
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence

Previous experience installing premium German kitchens would be highly desirable, particularly brands such as Schüller, next125 or comparable high-end European kitchen systems.
