Job description

We are currently seeking a senior kitchen fitter to join our team at our Guildford Showroom for new projects in the Surrey Area.

This role involves managing multiple projects, working hands-on alongside our fitting & design teams, and communicating with onsite trades, internal team members, and customers to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality installation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering first-class installations and customer handovers for every project.
2. Liaising with the team on all installations within Hubble’s showrooms and overseeing work by subcontractors.
3. Overseeing deliveries, worktop templating, and key milestones of installations.
4. Facilitating communication between design and fitting teams for stress-free, high-quality installations.
5. Providing hands-on support for remedials and installation tasks.
6. Interpreting designs and plans, liaising with other trades on site.
7. Documenting installation progress and reporting issues to the design team.

Requirements:

• Several years’ experience as a German kitchen installer, with project management experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, courteous and professional demeanor.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to meet deadlines and adapt to schedule changes.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and a team player with dedication.
