We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Design and Developments Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our Editions Kitchens. This role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen builds, from initial design and contractor management to final handover. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding: Play a key role in onboarding incoming restaurant partners and brands.
• Project Management: Lead kitchen builds from conception to completion, managing design, contractors, and MEP work. Handle over 15 projects simultaneously using development tracking tools.
• Supplier and Asset Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee kitchen equipment selection and maintenance, including asset audits and disposal.
• Budget and Stakeholder Management: Track project budgets and maintain financial documentation. Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, partners, finance, and leadership.
• Operational Support: Maintain project documentation and support our R&M team with escalations and asset replacements.

Project-Based Work

• Drive strategic projects such as developing global tracking systems for projects and budgets.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to report on kitchen ROI and financial performance.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, including new energy-efficient technologies.
• Work with teams to launch new kitchen setups, partner contracts, and operational technologies to improve workflow and reduce costs.
• Manage contractor relationships and address performance issues to ensure quality and efficiency.
