We are seeking a Senior Key Account Technical Sales to join our team in Milan, Italy.

Job Overview: This role provides technical support and training for UPSs and Power Distribution Units, collaborating with hyperscale customers and the Sales team. You will assist with pre-sales support, proposals, quotes, tenders, and develop customized solutions when standard products do not meet customer needs.

What you'll do?

  • Review RFQs and identify customer requirements;
  • Provide pre-sales technical support;
  • Select standard products based on requirements;
  • Design solutions when standard products are insufficient;
  • Assess feasibility and costs;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers;
  • Attend customer meetings as a technical expert;
  • Maintain relationships with consultants and develop solutions;
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales for feedback and new product ideas.

What makes you successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in UPS, Batteries, Data Centers.
  • Expertise in critical power products and electrical infrastructure.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer orientation.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Language skills: fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal.
