What you'll be doing:

Senior Key Account Manager | Greater Leeds Area | Circa £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

  • Leading Key Accounts - Oversee top accounts, ensuring profitability, meeting growth targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Sell-In Meetings - Take the lead in presenting to buyers, identifying growth opportunities, and suggesting strategic product amendments.
  • Collaborating with Marketing - Work alongside the marketing team to develop quarterly plans, sharing insights to boost sales and enhance performance.
  • Forecasting & Reporting - Monitor and analyse account performance, forecast future trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management to drive success.
  • Strategic Planning - Dive into financials to craft channel and client-specific plans that align with the brand's overarching commercial strategy.
  • Working with Design - Partner with the design team to ensure product offerings meet market demands and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Driving Growth - Uncover new opportunities for expanding key accounts, gym collaborations, and independent retailers. Think creatively to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Maximising Opportunity - Lead the team to push for growth and deliver results. Regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and leadership will be key to achieving targets.
  • Providing Product Insights - Share valuable wholesale insights with design, helping shape products that resonate with the market.
