Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with KDB+ and q.
• Proven track record building high-performance, low-latency applications.
• Experience with large-scale financial/market data.
• Solid knowledge of data modelling, data ingestion and real-time processing.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent programming and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Investment Banking/ Financial Markets/ Trading environments.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining KDB+/q applications.
• Ability to build and optimise real-time and historical data solutions.
• Experience working with large volumes of financial and market data.
• Develop data pipelines and support ingestion processes.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, analysts and other tech teams.
• Contribute to architecture, design and tech improvements.
