Senior Key Account Manager
Location:North of England and Scotland (Field Based)

You’ll take the lead in driving the uptake of cutting-edge therapies in a highly specialized market. This is more than a sales role – it’s a chance to shape strategy, build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, and help bring life-changing treatments to those who need them most.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and deliver ambitious sales targets across your region

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans with precision and insight

  • Build strong, ethical, and influential relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders

  • Lead educational events, congress activity, and market-shaping initiatives

  • Share insights, support peers, and help shape UK/Ireland business performance

  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members and support ongoing development

  • Operate with full compliance to industry and company standards

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success in specialty or rare disease sales

  • 5+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma field roles

  • Strong account planning, business acumen, and CRM use

  • Startup or launch experience is a plus

  • Science or healthcare background preferred

  • Driven, strategic, and collaborative mindset

  • Willingness to travel and work autonomously in a field-based role
