Job Description:

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restructuring Data Journalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing insightful content on debt restructuring topics while also helping to oversee our company's restructuring database, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality research content, including reports, articles, and presentations related to debt restructurings.
2. Work with our team of court reporters and legal analysts to produce charts and visuals that help to display various restructuring trends.
3. Help to edit content produced by junior members of the team.
4. Help to oversee the restructuring database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
5. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

1. Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of European restructuring processes both in and out of court.
2. Ideal backgrounds might be a restructuring attorney or paralegal, a sell side analyst, or a highly numerate journalist with experience covering distressed debt and/or restructurings.
3. A strong understanding of debt and equity securities would be advantageous but not necessarily required.
4. Strong writing skills.
5. Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
6. Highly numerate.
7. Ability to manage workflow under strict deadlines.
