Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley is seeking a Senior Java Developer, EFX, to join a high-performing front-office team delivering low-latency pricing and auto-hedging capabilities for FICC E-Trading. You will write Java code, review peers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and work with Quantitative Strategies Group and traders.

Qualifications

Java server-side development experience.
Strong knowledge of Linux and networking.
Experience in pricing or algo-trading is a plus.
Excellent communication with tech management, Quantitative Strategies Group and traders.

Responsibilities

Develop real-time, low-latency pricing services for FX Spot, Swaps and NDF auto-hedging.
Develop features and enhancements to pricing and auto-hedging services.
Update codebase for venue upgrades and regulatory requirements.
Engage with the Agile SDLC and collaborate with other teams.
Review code with Quantitative Strategies Group to enhance backtesting.
Proactively drive tasks to completion and manage workload.
