Are you a seasoned engineer looking to step into an environment that will see you using your experience to lead in the build of the firms core flagship product?

You will be joining the lean but highly technical team at a crucial time with plans to scale over the next few years. Although relatively new on the scene, this product is already being utilised by many of the tier-1 players in the institutional trading world to solve complex challenges surrounding execution.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for building out new features of this core product, working with other engineers and product leads to develop sophisticated, event-driven architecture. You'll have strong knowledge of all things Java with a strong background in real-time, distributed systems. Coming from a background working with trading technology, you'll also likely have experience with FIX and scripting with a focus on performance.

Being a remote-first role with infrequent travel to a London-based hub, you will have a lot of autonomy whilst also receiving direct support from the business leaders. You will be an important player in contributing to the performance and scalability of this product and you work won't go unnoticed.
