Manchester Digital is recruiting a Senior Java Engineer for a Manchester-based software consultancy experiencing rapid growth after several client wins in the iGaming sector.

You will join a product-oriented team within a large engineering department, owning designs, implementation, deployment, and production support for critical services. Strong expertise in Java, Spring, AWS, and distributed systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Java Engineer with ownership of design through deployment in a product-based team.
• Experience in AI-native software engineering is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, messaging, and observability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the systems you work on from design to deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable services.
• Provide technical leadership in a scale-up environment with client wins in iGaming.
