Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership across multiple delivery streams and coach junior developers.
Own end-to-end delivery of Compliance & Supervision technology initiatives.
Provide technical oversight for enterprise-scale distributed systems and API-first architecture.
Ensure regulatory obligations, auditability, and security are embedded in designs.
