Qualifications

• Formal training in software engineering concepts and advanced proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced skills in one or more programming languages.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Expertise in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with algorithmic trading systems and familiarity with trading protocols such as FIX.
• Practical experience with performance optimization and low-touch system design.
• Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs.
