About the Role

As part of the Engineering team, the Senior Java Engineer will design, implement, and maintain features in our leading accounts payable solution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product teams; mentor team members.
• Participate in recruitment and contribute to team growth and software process improvements.
• Follow company policies on Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, and Health & Safety.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of Java experience, including REST API development and Spring Framework familiarity.
• Proficiency in SQL, especially PostgreSQL, and knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Mentoring skills for junior developers; proficiency in Python and Maven.
