Qualifications

• Strong backend, multithreaded Java development experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
• Understanding of real-time system development and latency.
• Able to work with Claude and AI tools.
• Collaborative, client-facing communication skills.
• Curious with advanced problem solving skills.
• C++ knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
• 2.1 BSc in Computer Science from a top-tier university with A-levels.
