Job Description

You will work in a Scrum Team with cross-functional skills, practicing Agile methodologies. You will contribute to technology decisions to create maintainable solutions for our customers and participate in a highly collaborative group of software engineering professionals. This role offers opportunities to learn, develop your skills, and become a well-rounded Developer.

You will develop software to meet our client's user needs using Java on the AWS Cloud platform, following best practice guidelines and helping to improve those guidelines. Besides Java, you will contribute to other areas of development within the project using the latest technologies. You will also create comprehensive documentation with our client users in mind.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Java development experience
  • Experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot 1 & 2) for developing Microservices
  • Experience with SQL databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with all phases of software development, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support
  • Strong experience in unit and regression testing
  • Commitment to quality and best practices in coding
  • Ability to operate effectively across different situations and projects
