Qualifications
- Strong backend Java development experience.
- Experience with trading/finance systems and latency requirements.
- Familiarity with real-time system development and low latency.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude.
- 2:1 or higher in Computer Science from a top-tier university; strong A-level results.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, secure, real-time trading software.
- Collaborate with Front Office trading teams, product specialists, and engineers.
- Influence architecture and make technical decisions for the platform.
- Work with Claude-based AI tooling to accelerate development.
