Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Java Analyst Developer / Technical Consultant to join our high-profile client.

Our client is a global trading platform software business. Its products are used worldwide by asset managers and pension funds. They are well known in the fintech space with offices globally. You will be part of a team of 20 in the technical consulting space.

This role is an excellent stepping stone to custom architecture in the financial services sector.

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be actively involved in shaping the future of an integrated platform serving financial clients.

Working with cloud-based, cutting-edge technology, and a microservices-based wealth management product, the Technical Consultant / Analyst Programmer focuses on integrating software into clients’ operating environments and demonstrating how to optimize product usage to meet their objectives.

This role involves understanding client requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping requirements to existing technical capabilities, providing solutions for functionality gaps, and developing functionalities when necessary.

Technical Consultants / Analyst Developers must have:

• FIX experience
• Cloud experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), databases (Relational and NoSQL), messaging (RabbitMQ), repositories (BitBucket), or Helm Charts (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of design patterns and integration techniques
