Paragon Alpha is partnered with a well-established Financial Services Firm hiring a Senior Java Developer to lead the buildout of a greenfield execution platform for their Equities desk in London.

You will be central to the planning and development of this new build. Using your expertise in creating high-quality trading algorithms, this execution platform will be highly optimized to meet the needs of the client’s elite traders. As a Tech Lead, you will have the opportunity to recruit and build a new development team to support the platform’s expansion and management.

You should have hands-on experience in Equities trading and Java development for full-stack trading systems, capable of engaging directly with trading floor professionals.

This is a leadership opportunity to influence the client’s trading operations and guide a new team to innovate at the forefront of trading technology.
