Either as part of a Professional Services Consultancy team or working alone, a Senior Consultant will deliver a range of Consultancy services that relate to the development and implementation of innovative and effective solutions for Fusion's customers as well as providing reliable advice to Fusion's customers.

Tasks / Activities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their projects

• Advise customers on best-practices to help guide and solidify a given design

• Assess and manage project risks and make appropriate design and development decisions

• Configure and develop the BMC Products and integrations as per requirements

• Define timescales and risks for and delivering ITSM projects on time and within budget

• Design required features to implement solutions that meet needs of the customer in a cost efficient and timely manner

• Develop Bids, Statements of Work and Proposal documentation to support customer requirements

• Develop positive working relationships in a distributed team, and to create effective collaboration with direct and extended team members

• Drive standards throughout the technical implementation

• Install, configure and Integrate BMC products and customer solutions

• Interact and communicate with customers to drive client value

• Analysis: Ability to review and deconstruct a problem, understand it, explain it and resolve it.

• Financial understanding: Know about and understand financial implications.

• Understand Bigger Picture
