Job summary

UCL is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Contracts - IT&T to provide senior commercial leadership across a portfolio of strategic IT and technology supplier contracts. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain - IT&T, you will lead commercial and contract management to ensure value for money and robust risk management.

You will oversee supplier governance, negotiations and change management, working with Category Management, Finance, Legal and operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing, reviewing, negotiating and improving complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and supplier governance.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights to senior decision-makers.
• Experience in IT/tech services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contracts across IT&T supplier portfolio and oversee lifecycle management.
• Oversee supplier negotiations, contract changes and remedies.
• Ensure contracts deliver value for money, service performance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen governance and commercial assurance.
