Job summary

CenCom, part of the Owlis Group, is seeking a Senior Technician to drive advanced technical work across onboarding, migrations, and platform integrations. You will manage escalations, document outcomes, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with project and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes delivering secure, compliant solutions with effective handovers into helpedesk support, and requires the ability to work from the office three days per week during probation and travel to client sites

Qualifications

• Role requires hybrid work pattern and a full UK driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK; DBS checks possible as part of recruitment.
• This is a senior technical role with mentoring and escalation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical project, onboarding, migration and integration work to scope and timescale.
• Assess client environments, identify risks and document findings with mitigations.
• Lead or support platform integrations across 365, Entra, Intune, Defender and client infra.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex issues requiring deeper investigation.
• Produce accurate technical documentation and handover information.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and ensure smooth handover to support.
