Responsibilities


  • Solving IT challenges: Taking ownership of escalations and resolving requests efficiently.

  • Enhancing the infrastructure: managing servers, networks, and the overall tech environment.

  • Driving efficiency: Documenting processes and system impacts.

  • Innovating & Learning: Exploring and advising on new technologies – your ideas matter.

  • Applying core expertise: Utilising your knowledge of common protocols (DNS, TCP, DHCP), switching/VLANs, virtualisation, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and network security (PaperCut, WiFi, Firewalls).

  • Ensuring security: Actively helping to protect the network from threats.

  • Understanding a detailed level of common protocols, systems and network topology, DNS, TCP, DHCP.


Qualifications


  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of: Switching and VLANs

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

  • PaperCut, WiFi and Firewalls

  • Using mobile device management and documenting
