Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity as a Senior ICT Technician based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire?

Main Duties of the Role

• Work with the ICT Managed Service team to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a support or hosting operations environment.
• Experience with Google for Education, Class Charts, GDrive, GADS.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
• Good working knowledge of:
• Veeam Virtualisation technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
• VLANs and VPN configuration
• Server-based client services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, GPOs)
• PowerShell scripting
• SAN technologies
• Server & Infrastructure hardware
• Firewalls, such as Smoothwall, SonicWALL
• Safeguarding Filtering solutions, Lightspeed, Smoothwall, SafetyNet

Salary

£30,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
