Senior IT Systems Specialist

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Full Time Equivalent per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: ONSIDE Head Office, Worcester

The Senior IT Systems Specialist will be accountable for delivering the operational elements of our strategic plan and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the IT function run efficiently and effectively. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to managers and their teams, ensuring they are well supported to inspire and deliver services across the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a dynamic environment where technology works in harmony to support the services we deliver.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the operational elements of the IT strategy and ensure day-to-day IT operations run efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to managers and their teams to enable delivery of services.
• Support digital transformation and the development and growth of the organisation through innovative IT solutions and systems.
• Lead and manage information technology and systems to support organisational goals.
• Collaborate with managers to enable effective use of technology and information for decision making.
