Job summary

Key skills include CCNP networking, Palo Alto firewalls, Solarwinds, Firemon, Avaya PABX, and strong end-user computing support. You will collaborate with IT Security and London Compliance for AML reporting and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience in banking/financial sector preferred.
• Strong networking and security tool experience as listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Bank IT infrastructure with first-line software, hardware and networking support.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
• Design, plan and deploy IT projects to enhance infrastructure and banking applications.
• End-user computing support for all staff.
• Coordinate between London users and IT Security for access requests; follow Access Matrix Protocol.
• Implement disaster recovery and backups per Group standards.
• Provide IT support for compliance reporting to AML requirements.
• Monitor networking equipment (switches, firewalls) and IT operations.
• Maintain AYAYA PABX system and ensure recording uptime.
