Job description

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Senior level Engineer with third line support experience, ideally with ServiceNow, who is capable of incident management and collaborating with different teams to resolve issues. You should ideally have worked within a regulated environment or financial services.

About the Role

• Assist with the design, implementation and administration of IT on-premises and cloud services, to ensure high levels of availability.
• Oversight of third-party implementation and support activities, service and systems design, quality control and problem investigation/remediation.
• Act as an escalation point for second line support analysts including end user support.
• Ensure that regulatory controls and risks are observed, documented, and always maintained.
• Continually work to improve existing services and technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex technical issues spanning multiple systems.

Technical

• Cloud Technologies: extensive knowledge of Azure or similar cloud technology stack, SSO, Citrix, Exchange, networking, messaging, communications, and storage technologies
• Infrastructure Technologies: Awareness of desktop, operating systems & server technologies, both on-premises and cloud, is essential with the ability to maintain, manage and Administer an SCCM environment.
• Scripting and Automation skills: e.g., PowerShell
