Job description: Korn Ferry is currently looking for a full-time contractor Senior IT Support Engineer for our EMEA region, based at least three days per week in our London office. Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Remote and in-person technical support of PCs, Laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Logging calls, walk-in interactions, and details into our ITSM.
  • Active Directory account administration (e.g., Computer account management).
  • Troubleshooting IT software and hardware products.
  • Troubleshooting network connection issues.
  • Collaborating with support teams to resolve issues and communicate with end-users until resolution.
  • Training end-users in system use.
  • Prioritizing tickets according to SLAs.
  • Completing administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Participating in the Shift-Left process.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Providing White Glove treatment for Senior Partners.
  • Animating New Joiner Inductions in the London office or remotely for Manchester and Dublin.
  • Traveling to Korn Ferry offices as needed for support and office moves.
  • Working on public holidays if necessary.
  • Reporting issues and escalations to your Line Manager.
  • Supporting meeting rooms (VC and AV).
  • Collaborating on projects, POCs, UATs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (M365), Windows 10/11, cloud VMs, MFA/2FA, Cisco VPN, Active Directory, Entra, Intune.
  • Supporting iOS and Android devices, imaging laptops/desktops, setting up MacBooks, antivirus, troubleshooting printing, Mobile Device Management, BitLocker, ITSM (ServiceNow), network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional approach, time management, organizational skills, awareness of ITIL, SLA/KPI experience, multicultural support experience.

Required Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+, University/College Certification, ITIL Foundation (preferred).

Language: Must be fluent in English. Additional languages within the EMEA region are a plus.
