Senior IT Support Analyst x 2 - New (REFBJ24)

A high-profile organisation, recognized as the leader in its field, requires a number of Senior IT Support Analysts due to continued growth.

Suitable candidates will have the following:

  • Strong experience in IT support.
  • Professional, friendly approach with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Punctual, good attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and develop skills.
  • Network & Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Windows server administration.
  • Knowledge of virtualization software/cloud services (Azure/AWS) highly beneficial.

Duties are as follows:

  • Supporting clients and ensuring ticketing process is followed and clients kept informed.
  • Diagnostics of support cases with the help and support of the rest of the team.
  • Proactive maintenance of client networks using our proactive support tools.
  • Managing new workstation builds and user setups.
  • Engaging in technical projects, meeting clients, and delivering onsite time with the team.
  • Working with the team to implement policy and procedure.
  • Helping train and develop junior team members.
