Overview:

The Senior IT Specialty Analyst supports Workday ERP with a focus on Supply Chain configuration and report writing. The role involves creating and maintaining Workday configurations for Supply Chain Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing, and Analytics teams within Sentara.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and Workday Financials, including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Procurement. The analyst interacts with the Workday community and support resources to deliver solutions and must have experience with Healthcare Supply Chain, Workday EIB, calculated fields, Business Process Configuration, Custom Validation, and Workday Worksheets.

This role requires direct interaction with customers, peers, and supporting divisions to gather requirements, educate on solutions, and validate changes. Clear communication skills are essential.

The analyst adheres to change control processes, uses ServiceNow for work intake and tracking, manages environment migrations, testing, and follows ERP governance standards.

This is a remote position with occasional in-person site visits and team meetings.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• or relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Certification/Licensure:

• No specific certification or licensure required

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• Experience with MS Excel
• Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and custom validation
• Experience with Healthcare Supply Chain, Workday EIB, calculated fields, Business Process Configuration, Custom Validation, and Workday Worksheets
