Job summary

MUFG Investor Services in London is seeking a Senior Associate Director, IT, Solution Analyst to lead front-to-back Private Markets analysis and Investran configuration. You will own the design of data mappings, API integrations, and reporting across fund accounting, investor activity, and valuations.

Bring 7+ years of Private Markets experience, deep knowledge of fund structures, and strong SQL/data-mapping skills. Hybrid work model with growth across front, middle, and back office capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Private Markets across fund administration, investor servicing, or asset-servicing IT.
• Hands-on experience configuring Private Markets platforms and APIs, not only specifications.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures, waterfalls, valuations, and investor reporting.
• Strong SQL and data-mapping skills with data-quality focus.
• Experience turning business requirements into clear solution intent and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to model business processes and produce analytical artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Act as domain SME and analytical lead for Private Markets front-to-back capability, including accounting, capital calls, distributions and reporting in Investran.
• Bring deep knowledge of Private Markets to shape solutions across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt.
• Conduct front-end analysis of feasibility, operating-model implications, and data readiness using SQL, APIs and AI tooling.
• Own configuration of Investran data models, scripting, data mappings, and API integrations through to production-ready state.
• Design and validate data mappings across Investran and upstream/downstream systems with unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria; translate constraints back to engineers.
• Own the relationship with MUFG's technology provider and represent capability at senior governance forums.
• Identify data gaps, downstream impacts, and regulatory implications; partner on cross-team test scenarios.
• Support adoption readiness including communications, training, and data cleanup.
• Create training material and run enablement sessions to upskill MUFG staff on Private Markets systems.
