This role involves supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle, working closely with the IT & Digital Transformation Manager and IT Service Desk Support team. Responsibilities include supporting staff via Topdesk, Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, JD Edwards, installing and configuring hardware and software, supporting the rollout of new systems, maintaining hardware assets, supporting Windows OS, providing end-user training, and working on digital transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, especially Office 365, good knowledge of iPhones and Apple Business Manager, and experience in IT support within a professional environment. Additional skills include Salesforce CRM, ERP, project management, and a willingness to participate in digital transformation initiatives.
Applicants must live near Sutton, have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, and meet the minimum experience requirements.
