Job summary

Goaco is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our UK team. You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for internal users and managed customers, assist with onboarding, and help deliver infrastructure and cloud solutions.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to service improvements, and work in a hybrid model with on-site days. Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Server skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Support, Service Desk or MSP.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID and endpoint management.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
• Good networking fundamentals and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for internal users and customers.
• Assist with onboarding and onboarding documentation.
• Configure and support devices, networks and security tools.
• Produce monthly technical and service reports.
• Collaborate with the team to drive service improvements.
