The Opportunity: Senior Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Renew & Re-Sign Existing Customers: Own the renewal process, fine-tune pricing, and tackle churn risks before they think about leaving.
  2. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Spot ways to add value, introduce game-changing services, and craft proposals that resonate with clients.
  3. Manage Ongoing Client Relationships: Solve issues fast, host insightful business reviews, and ensure alignment between their goals and our solutions.
  4. Convert Qualified Leads: Conduct discovery calls, uncover client needs, and close deals with confidence.
  5. Strategise & Plan Accounts: Build growth-driven strategies and maintain clean data in the CRM.
  6. Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet your numbers, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
  7. Cultivate Advocacy & Referrals: Create experiences that inspire referrals and testimonials.
