Are you an experienced IT recruiter ready to build something exceptional? We're seeking a talented individual to launch and grow our new Technology division, with a clear path to Director level within 3 years.

The Opportunity

Join an established recruitment agency with a proven track record of success as we expand into the thriving UK tech market. You'll have the autonomy to shape the division's strategy, build your own team, and create a high‑performing culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for our new IT recruitment division
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technology clients across the Midlands & UK
  • Create efficient recruitment processes and best practices
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Mentor and develop future team members as the division grows
  • Transition from remote working to establishing and managing a physical office presence
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in IT / Technology recruitment with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong network within the Midlands & UK technology sector
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and seize market opportunities
  • Experience in building client relationships at senior level
  • Natural leadership abilities and mentoring skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities
