Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive IT experience to lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects in Randburg. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to drive strategic IT initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or IT, 8+ years in IT project management, and a track record with Agile and Waterfall. Hybrid work, salary commensurate with experience, and opportunities for certification and career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
8+ years IT project management experience.
Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of complex IT projects, including software development, system implementations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of IT solutions across the organization.
