Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage and govern the IT/OT architecture, strategy, and 5-year roadmaps. Participate in the global FDB Architectural Review Board to ensure standards and alignment. (10%)
2. Provide technical oversight for enterprise-level IT/OT systems, evaluate project work, staff, and procedures. Prepare documentation for GxP and critical IT technologies, participate in validation and testing, and represent IT in audits. (40%)
3. Consult with system administrators, vendors, and other departments to guide enterprise technical solutions aligned with business strategy. (15%)
4. Design enterprise-wide systems architecture and integration strategies across multiple platforms and technologies. (35%)

Qualifications and Experience

1. Master's or higher in Computer Science or IT.
2. 10+ years in senior IT roles or 7+ years as an architect, with proven experience in enterprise IT architecture design, or equivalent education and experience.
3. Experience in a global enterprise business environment, ideally in biomedical services, with strong business acumen.
4. Experience with OT/IT integration in biomedical contexts.
5. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to advocate for resources, define strategies, and create long/short-term roadmaps.
7. Knowledge of security concerning open-source technologies.
8. Experience in designing high-risk, high-impact technical solutions and representing architectural governance.
