Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations Engineer to support our global business. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, support compliance, and collaborate with security teams. This role is based in our London office, five days a week, fostering face-to-face teamwork.

What you will be doing

• Maintain ISO27001 compliance environment
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, account management
• Manage global hardware deployment
• Maintain network infrastructure
• Assist with security investigations and incident response
• Resolve IT issues and provide support in-office
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and technical teams
• Procure office technology and IT equipment
• Standardize meeting room technology
• Monitor and optimize IT system performance
• Document IT processes and inventory

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in IT operations or similar
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
• Background in fast-growing tech companies
• Proficiency in coding and AI automation tools

Interview Process

• Screen call with Talent Team (30-60 mins)
• Technical interview with Head of Security & Compliance (up to 30 mins)
• Technical interview with IT Engineer and Security Lead (up to 1 hour)
• Final interview with CTO (up to 1 hour)

Salary: £30,000 - £52,000 per year
