About the Company

Our client is a growing Financial Technology (FinTech) company that builds innovative software for investment managers, hedge funds, and private equity markets.

About the Role

They’re expanding their IT Ops and Support team and are seeking an experienced engineer with strong Linux and AWS knowledge who can lead projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client-facing support engineering for cutting-edge applications and SaaS platforms.
• Work with Linux and AWS, and have opportunities to utilize DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform, along with various Windows/Microsoft technologies.
• As a Lead, act as an SME and a key team member—own and drive projects, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure Support or IT Operations Engineering roles.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Linux and AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience within a team, with the ability to drive work forward.
• Experience with monitoring, DevOps, and automation is advantageous.
