Job summary

Oscar in Leeds / Doncaster is seeking a senior Operations Engineer to own core infrastructure, cloud platforms and business-critical services, with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies, optimisation and automation.

You will work across cloud and on-premise environments, lead incidents and projects, support Microsoft 365/Azure, and produce detailed technical documentation for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365 / E5, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive, MFA, DLP, and identity management.
• Experience across SaaS and IaaS, device and mobility management, Windows Server and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance, availability and security of core systems and services.
• Own incidents and problems across cloud and on-premise infra; support changes and new services.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
