Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of staff in business systems, operations, programming and networks.
• Influence policy and strategy implementation for Digital products and Operations.
• Assign personnel and schedule workflow for API/Microservices projects.
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Direct training and oversee testing of new programs and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data systems with security and disaster recovery plans.
• Present recommendations for hardware, software and telecom equipment.
