Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Senior Information Technology Internal Auditor to strengthen risk governance, controls and assurance across the organisation. You will work on IT and cyber risk audits across a global business, with exposure to diverse technology environments and national security considerations.

In this role you will identify risks, develop remediation plans, and prepare clear audit documentation to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information technology audit, cyber security, risk management or internal controls.
• Knowledge of audit, risk and control frameworks in complex organisations.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgement to assess risks and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to changing business needs and emerging risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT and cyber risk audits across the business.
• Identify business risks and assess key IT controls.
• Develop audit findings and recommendations to strengthen controls.
