Job summary

ADS Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to lead the migration of our on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra, while maintaining security and reliability of IT services across the group. You will own design delivery, coordinate with stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensure minimal disruption during the transition.

Based in Farnborough with occasional travel to the London office and potentially Toulouse, you will support BAU operations, contribute to disaster

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering an on-premise Active Directory to Microsoft Entra migration across full project lifecycles.
Strong technical experience across Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
Solid understanding of Windows Server, VMware ESXi, network configuration and Cisco switching.
Experience of mobile device management, including Apple devices, and email security technologies such as Mimecast, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 and embedding security governance into solutions.

Responsibilities

Support ADS's core on-premise infrastructure and lead the AD to Entra migration.
Own design and delivery of migration with minimal disruption.
Maintain service continuity during transition and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
Support security controls and documentation including Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers; communicate complex issues clearly.
