Growing organization, that is looking for an experienced Senior IT & Infrastructure Manager to join their Operational Excellence function in Scotland. You will play a key part in the strategic planning, development, and support of all IT solutions, services, and team in Scotland.

• The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and delivering a wide range of IT projects and change initiatives across the business technology and infrastructure.
• Responsible for IT incidents and services, delivered both internally and externally, as required by the business.
• Tasked with management and maintenance of the business systems, architecture, and infrastructure.
• To manage security alerts and provide a robust, proactive, and reliable level of service for all stakeholders.

What we are looking for from you…

• Strong technical IT background working in a similar environment
• Strong communicator, with the ability to engage, collaborate, and lead people through meaningful business change.
• Experience managing IT Service Desk and business services to contact centres.
• Strong experience with different IT methodologies — Azure AD, Microsoft technologies, and solutions.
• Experience working on digital IT projects and change initiatives.
• Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at various levels.
