Qualifications

You'll join our dynamic ITOps team, delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support while playing a vital role in shaping the security backbone of our business. Supporting over 200 staff across three UK offices and remote teams, you'll help lead key IT infrastructure projects and deliver innovative, security-led solutions that protect TKC from evolving cyber threats.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with the rest of the team to provide an excellent and proactive IT Support service
  • Manage and deliver successful IT and InfoSec projects, ensuring that innovative solutions are utilized to provide business benefits and improvements to security
  • Processing security incidents and alerts, to allow us to review, respond and escalate to incidents promptly
  • Create reports and present to stakeholders, including data from the IT and InfoSec frameworks to allow transparency on the effectiveness of the department
  • Embed in business processes to provide technical expertise and be the point of contact for Information Security questions to encourage good practice
  • Complete technical assessments (InfoSec, DPIA, Supplier) with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that processes, software and suppliers are protecting our data and embracing cyber best practices
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments of our infrastructure, documenting findings and suggestion remediation steps
  • Work closely with Head of Information Security to manage the Information Security frameworks and support on audits (ISO27001, GDPR,PCI-DSS)
