Senior IT Operations Engineer

As Senior IT Operations Engineer your role will flex between managing end-user service desk tickets and delivering project based work, depending on the priorities of the business at any given time. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of IT support requests while also contributing to the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. This includes ensuring performance, security and scalability in line with Quanta s strategic objectives.
