Senior IT Business Analyst– Warehouse Management

About the role

As a Senior IT Business Analyst – Warehouse Integration, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll act as the interface between Essity and our 3PL partners, ensuring seamless system communication and data flow across platforms. This role is remote with occasional travel to Essity sites and offers the flexibility to follow a hybrid working model (60% office / 40% home-based).

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Essity and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure smooth system integration.

• Manage and monitor integration flows (e.g., pallet wrapping systems to WMS).

• Conduct testing and IDoc monitoring in SAP S/4HANA for sales orders, deliveries, shipments, and goods issues.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

• Lead workshops, meetings, and small projects with internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive requirement gathering and support IT architects in defining high-level IT solutions.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Who you are

• 8–15 years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably in warehousing or logistics.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in order-to-cash processes.

• Proficient in integration tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and PI/PO.

• Skilled in data mapping and translating technical documentation for non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable leading discussions, managing stakeholders, and taking initiative.

• Fluent in English and confident in external-facing interactions.

• Approachable, proactive, and capable of growing into a leadership role.
