About the role

We're looking for an IS Senior Analyst for Workplace Mobile Devices to join our IS team at Booker. Your mission is to ensure our mobile systems operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently to improve customer experience and business performance.

You will lead our Mobile Phone Team daily, managing procurement, inventory, and distribution of mobile devices, and establishing effective policies and processes. You will also be responsible for training and supporting your team, working closely with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards.

Additionally, we seek someone with strong MPRO5 knowledge to optimize workflows, support business needs, and develop smart operational solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage project development budgets.
  • Monitor system KPIs.
  • Support the delivery of the asset management system roadmap.
  • Oversee revenue and budgeting, including cross-departmental budgets and revenue streams.
You will need
  • Highly advantageous: MPRO5 knowledge.
  • Good understanding of Workspace One, Knox, Zero Touch, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Microsoft Office Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Management, Sophos, Windows OS.
  • Technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of wholesale industry business processes.
  • Strong people management skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Technical project management experience and successful delivery of large-scale IT deployments.
